To be an affective teacher and meet my expectations and my students expectations, I plan to operate constantly on my personality to develop qualities such as patience, confidence, truthfulnessas distant as my professional development, I plan to pack as much as possible especially in the knit stitch of ELT, to join associations of teaching, to attend seminars, workshops and conferences. I besides plan to work in collaboration with my colleag ue to aid the students learning and make it fun.

In this way, I can be an agent of lordly change. In my life, I defend encountered, as you might do two kinds of teachers. The worst hotshots, on the genius handwriting, who be both authoritarian or indifferent, who favor the resplendent students and who complicate things for the learner. On the other hand , I have seen the best teachers, who are cunning, knowledgeable who simplify the learners task and aver learners potential.
